Wim, I agree. I have said for a long time that IPCI was being manipulated the same way. We just saw it again. the stock lost over half its value over the last month. going from 50 cent to a low of 23 cents on no negative news. Now, on no positive news we jumped up 34% in one day?
Us longs are getting double slammed. I am not sure who is worse, the present management and poor decisions or the massive manipulation that has gone unchecked.
