"According to the bylaws (Article II, Section 1), the annual meeting is to be held on the first Friday of September at 2PM. That would be September 7th this year.
Notice of the meeting is supposed to be given 10-50 days prior, which would mean by August 28.
Has anyone been to or been invited to a meeting? "
