It is not "additional"

SIAF is distributing 12.71M TRW shares of the 36.6M shares they own. At $3.85 per share. A total of $48.9M

Divided by 37.2M SIAF shares gives $1.31 per SIAF share.

The 2nd distribution will involve reducing SIAF's stake further to 18.3M shares which means an additional 5.6M TRW shares will be distributed (at a later stage).

Tri-Way per share has a value of $3.85. What causes the increase?

I already mentioned this. TRW made a profit of $32M last year. The $3.41 was based on asset value as per Q3/2016, the time of spin-off.
