ECAB hasn't received the 5.2M shares yet. And they won't receive them either because the A/S is 50M. So they won't receive the TRW dividend either.

There will be some sort of settlement in the future. Either stock or cash. There are many options. But they won't receive them now. I think that's obvious.

When you think about it, there has to be some new deal in the making between SIAF/TRW and ECAB. Because if there weren't, I would be screaming it from the top of my roof that I want my TRW dividend.

TRW owes SIAF up to $110M in debt. There are a number of ways to play with this. Perhaps ECAB is more comfortable holding debt from TRW instead of SIAF. That's one way they could settle it.
