IMHO, If the plan was for SGLB to purchaser/merge with Morf3D (and it was). It takes money or shares, SGLB didn't have the money and the shareholders refused to allow shares even though it was telegraphed in those same CCs that you quote other forward looking statements (not fact) from all the time. You honestly think there would not be a souring of the relations with Morf3D and SGLB, due to the failed shareholder vote? JR put SGLB and his reputation on the line company trying to create a relationship (purchase or merger) with Morf3D, likely promising a successful votes, the shareholders failed him and the company. If you can't see that, it explains a lot to me at least. I said the statement several times about selling my position at EoQ1 2019 if no results, not because of the companies performance but because of the shareholders behavior not knowing what it takes to invest in a company with high potential but also very high risk. Visionary, you statements regarding (some) shareholders appears to be correct and exact on, it appears I may been wrong (in some cases anyways), please accept my apologies.
