Perhaps before spouting off B.S., individuals should learn to conduct proper due diligence.

Here is one of dozens of facts, regarding M&K, and fraud, administrative actions, etc.:

There were eleven OTC companies involved in this action alone.

Their (poor) reputation precedes them, and this firm is known for problematic practices, especially in the OTC arena.

Pick and chose what you cut and paste i guess, but M&K CPAS has reviewed MMEX's accounting practices since 2013 including reviewing and signing off on their last 2 10-Ks. Sounds ok to me. I doubt they'd put their reputation on the line so MMEX could commit fraud. They also review their estimates etc.. Just my opinion.
