Had it not been for the SCOTUS bringing the appointment or authority of the SEC's ALJs into question in the Lucia case, it would have been put to rest back in mid July.
Now that that matter has been resolved, all actions that were put on hold will now proceed.
Expect the majority of those cases to be reassigned to a different ALJ. They will review the cases and go through the same processes, and in all likelihood, come to the same conclusions as the original ALJs did.
At least the delay gives the stuckholders of this ultra fine Conpany a chance to exit.
