News that the SEC filed a major lawsuit naming ROBert Ladd, CEO of MGTI, and Barry Honig, former major financier for MGTI, for fraud in, among other scams, MGTI.

Once the news hitt the first wave of the MGTI shareholders late Friday, they punched the SELL button to gett ~OUTT before those who are STUCK (i.e., those who didn't see or understand the news in time to bail first before the close Friday).
