Not sure...but I see new MM now on this stock...I saw it happen before when a secondary IPO came out on another ticker years ago....Duuo has hired Maxim Group last year and paid them a Kings Ransom to help get funding/$ for Duuo....a secondary IPO is yet another option....this could get fun....I have a lowball bid in here now...
