QBID also has long term agreements with all the major and commuter airlines to get to ride on any plane they buy a ticket for. Then there are also those long term agreements that the city will provide them water and treat their waste discharge if they pay their utility bills.
Not to mention an agreement for all the electricity they can use from the power company assuming some money eventually changes hands.

Frank Olsen is pursuing an agreement to be able to ride on Greyhound, also.
