As far as Jamie goes, didn't bother to look into him much. Looked a bit, but not much. All the DD we spent checking stuff out, we don't bother much any more. Always ends the same. Got better things to do. You might want to check out all the people that worked at this company at one time or another. They all come out of the same boat.
