My guess is that any astute trader will not be buying much down here so close to the absolute bottom. Without news there is nothing to fire up trading and thus the ability to have really high percentage losses from purchase here is enormous. I suspect folks are waiting for some results from ImpactPPA to make any decisions on "where next".
