The market seems a little slow with NWPN as this PR below has to account for some kind of value into NWPN with the amount of assets being transferred into it, especially considering the stock having a fairly low share structure:

At present, The Now Corporation owns a 0.25% net revenue interest in the Glover Lease located in Venango County, PA.
