While .30 - .40 might seem cheap to you, relative to its highs, imo, you're still rolling the dice here. This is what I call a "broken stock" here and I only mentioned .30 because to me that looked inevitable.
My charting shows the next pivot at around .11 cents, which I see as very possible.
