That isn't close to being accurate - Musk is constrained by Reg-FD. It was a securities violation for Musk to post on social media about taking the company private and pay investors a premium.
Musk is a huckster and will fail with Tesla.
Citron isn't bound by Reg-FD - plus what he posted about CVSI was accurate.
Why hasn't CVSI filed a complaint against Citron/Left - or filed a complaint with the SEC and the file a 8-K to announce the lawsuit?
