Actually u stated that the .01 was not required...we could pull up the post...i knew that was not true..there is NO exception to that....a better question woyld have been have any papwrs been filed...and if so when

The answers weren't terrible just not what I was looking for.

Q1 proves everyone claiming to have heard from Matt that the .01 bid test requirement is not necessary was wrong.

Q2 just seems more like deflecting than answering
