I think it is time to email each board member and express the concern about Nader. I don’t think he is awful but I do think we are at the point where someone with better experience is needed. Pro 140 is too important to make mgmt mistakes with. The SP being where it is, the funding uncertainty and lack of confidence don’t jive with where pro140 is in development. There is too much risk now that Nader is at the limits of his abilities. It could really cost everyone if he fails to realize that this financing is killing the value of the company.

IMO, Paulson is the quick fix. We had not other options to raise a quick $8M and pay the current bills. This round was actually better than the last- commission the same, warrant coverage half. Their brokers know the pitch and bringing somebody new in would be starting over for these micro rounds. We can't do these forever. Either they run out of investors who grow weary of the story - which is already happening- or we finally get the big deal done. I suspect that is why Klump is on the board now. I was thinking he was here to get a buyout done, but his financing connections are stronger than his pharma connections.

There are over 1000 combination trials with immunologicals

Currently underway

All of them need funding

Many are with big pharma with major track records

Small operations like this are a lottery ticket and few will put money in

The odd of a small cancer bio succeeding is almost zero
