I emailed the WSFA 12 news guy schecter named. I provided him with the PR about the acquisition. He got back to me within an hour. Here was his email.

I know nothing about this business transaction. The only suggestion I have is that possibly someone at the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce could assist in background about this business, InMed, which I have no knowledge about.
