When is gene going to apply to cfda for approval?

The answer is "Never." Gene can't apply to the CFDA. According to the SEC filings, the Chinese "partner" is going to handle everything, including Trials.

So a better question is: did the Chinese company even start Trials yet? If so, when are results expected? And are they submitting as a Class III or Class II?

An even better question: Why did the Chinese company stop making payments after the initial $750,000?

I guess the good news is: at least Gene got $750,000.
