Nope worthless VICT, CHIT, and PDXP security fraud stocks can't be sold, at any price. That's why there are still owners. They can't get anyone to buy a stock suspended, dumped to the grey market, with no bid/ask and no MM's making a market.
The ongoing securities fraud SEC investigation doesn't help.
