So there isn't a share count or price.....why not and when does the offering execute? Complete speculation as this is just a thought but could a BP buy this offering outright????



There has been a ton of negative hammering of this stock over the past 18 months or more since I've been in it. Did/does someone know something on how this was going to end up and have been trying to steal shares with the knowing of the end game. Conspiracy, maybe but it is very interesting how board moderators have displayed their agenda time and time again. So much negative punching for those long term shareholders............something doesn't smell right regarding the downside players
