I just listened to the Emerald Health Pharma webcast with Jim DeMesa. I have to say I am very impressed with what they are working on. Multiple sclerosis (MS), scleroderma, Huntington's disease are the indications they are going after in the near-term. Proven effectiveness in animal trials and orphan drug status for 2 indications. They are planning a U.S. IPO within the next year and a half when they are into phase II human trials.

I would assume current holders of EMHTF will benefit when they IPO. If we are a $100 stock in 2 years a spinoff would be very lucrative at that point.
