I don't disagree that all companies dilute. I disagree that shreholders will maintain thier current owwnership % and value after a R/S in this situation.

Every company dilutes. Some give themselves out freely and are respectable.. some spread the love like a whore.

While it’s interesting to see insider buying here, RNVA has been more like the dilutive whores of the market ; )
