You're wrong. "Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Warrants" means that when you exercise your warrants @ 0.75 you will receive common stock (one share for one warrant). It has nothing to do with the subscribed shares that your are buying @ 0.50 in this private placement (as a "unit" together with half a warrant).
