absolutely ridiculous. no loan, no customers, banks hate to lend money? no - banks hate to lose money.

if it's that easy (to be a farmer) then everyone just plants stuff and makes MILLIONS in a few weeks...... what a ridiculous assertion..... and better yet they talk SBLC which is "banker speak" for STAND BY LETTER OF CREDIT which doesn't give anybody anything. it's a letter of credit that only happens after a regular bank loan FAILS and in this case they're applying for a secondary credit protection? the whole idea is ridiculous.
