One of RNVA's investors, a doctor, has over 400 million shares where Lagan has 173 million+. Think they R/S when it would cost them severely?

Well I'll show up with my opinion on RNVA future.

That is, the largest shareholder, will NOT do anything which doesn't benefit himself and his friends which have been funding the company. Thus present shareholders should also benefit from any share restructuring which takes place.

I will say again; I expect a reverse split. The delusive authorized increase shouldn't be needed after.

I also feel the restructuring will place the company in a much better standing for future expansion.
