I’m not an attorney, but this below URL is interesting reading.
A person can read it all, but I would start in Section 4 on Page 11. Pay attention to Section 4.2 This Canadian PDF (OSC – Ontario Securities Commission) document sure makes it sound like NioCorp will have to file another “Technical Report.” It also says that once they know of a “Material Change” they have 45 days to file the report, which I would call a revision to the FS. I would think the ground freezing method recommended would be a “Material Change.” But I could be wrong, just food for thought or discussion.
