You made it sound, purposefully, like they were selling the company to CTL which was not at all what happened. Still kudos.

Zimmer is not buying Amedica. They are looking to be brought by a smaller company that has just raised $$ through investor funding. LOI already in play.

This was a small asset sale not sale of company and did not include Amedicas IP or licensing deals which is where Amedicas value has always been.
