Safe Harbor allows CEO's to make statements like "we believe" and "we expect" and it's always BS down here in the pinksheets. The SEC filings tell the truth. There are no lies in those SEC filings.
In other words... when the CEO says for three years "we expect huge revenues from Turkey" but the SEC filings say "we aren't selling squat anywhere to anyone," well.........
At least this company still files with the SEC. How much longer will THAT last.
