Agree, no way of knowing how long or short the time frame to design the new trial. I'm hoping we are dosing before the holidays. Maybe we hear more tomorrow.
Alkon mentioned pediatric studies at one of the conferences this spring. He mentioned there were 2 different studies but I only found the link to one. It was a dose limiting study and was found in kids with cancerous tumors that the upper boundary before Myalgia limits out the drug was 57 ug. 3 of 22 kids suffered from Grade 3 myalgia and headaches and some eye pressure issues at that stage. 44 ug was the recommended dose and that was 3 treatments in 4 weeks. Of course we are now looking at half that dose being effective in adults and only every other week which is why it wasn't an issue in the last trial I suppose.
