Not seeing that, only 3 million and change on the 3s today , double that in 4 buys. I think it is possible some impatient 4 buyers have been trying to lighten up the last few days and pick up some 3s to average down but still not much happening.
Check back in tomorrow maybe there will be a change in that. As for now. Looks ok.
