Now I would say that the outstanding shares has been updated recently actually, but in PENNYLAND time, I would say the float is outdated info from 5/24/18.... But maybe that's just me....

There has been some dilution this summer as some notes were converted to shares... and the float number has not been updated to reflect those shares..

But even if 100% of the outstanding were in the float... 17.4 million shares is stupid low, imo... GLTY
