I just try not to ride anything down, try to always use fairly quick stops and look down lower to get back in.....I'm a work in progress, even after 12 yrs and doing this fulltime past 8 years.....always evolving and learning.....

When it looks bleakest is when we see THEEEE TURN.....won't be long, within a couple weeks, jmo.....I hope so anyway.....but again admit, been wrong on Gold Silver bottom many times past several months....so we shall see.....

METALS:As you know I sold SBGL today and I cut my GDX in half with a close below $18....not gonna take much for me to sell other half if it starts even lower.....I don't know, NO ONE KNOWS where Gold/Silvers bottom is at, obviously.....gotta be soon, just my gut telling me that, like within ten trading days/2 weeks??? No clue, frustrating yes yes yes.....trimming a lil AG and MUX also.....not that I listen to my own advice, but it is so much smarter to wait for THEEEE TURN and pay more to get in and have no agita or stress.....so you don't catch the exact bottom, so what???? Talking to myself here PickPick, so don't take offense, cause I break my rules and pay for it each time, like SendMe pointed out as a flaw he has...we all have that flaw, guys who are most disciplined do well.....I do well, but could always do way better....anyway......
