Guido, what I guess was someone or something behind this, it was even higher and went down faster than free fall. recently, a new oil field about 6 KM south of the old oil field and about 18KM south-west of Ukhta is being developed, from the satellite map, you can see dozens of drilling rigs and equipment, and well heads as well, Just not sure if PGNE has anything to do with it.
