They just raised 4 million dollars in July - plus they still had cash on hand. I wouldn't think dilution is coming soon. I guess it depends if they want to all of a sudden start up numerous other trials at the same time.
The weird thing is on high volume the stock has actually gone down a little today. It appears it went up in the morning but has now come down. Regardless. This is very good news. This product has been proven to be safe on humans and so I think the 510 and CE applications should sail through - plus it bodes very well for other applications as well.
