Bucky , -I hope you dont mind that I will also give you my opinion...

To our knowledge they didn't submit IND yet , or phase 1 protocol ...

But we dont know how strong are Dr Pestell pre-clinical studies.

We may just have phase 2/3 at the start , especially knowing that FDA knows how safe is Pro 140 until now ...

Remember GvHD went from the start to phase 2 after pre-clinical study...

I believe that things will be going much faster now , but it is only IMO.......:))

Will they need P1 or they can go to P2a directly? The safety is established so they have to go with efficacy.

I hope they go with 700 mg dose if possible if not then 525 mg - it is about occupancy of CCR5 receptor

I think they are at least 1 to 2 months away from filing IND as Dr Pestell just came onboard.
