Honestly, your scenario does not sound plausible at all. I would agree that governance has a lot of room for improvement but would prefer to discuss specifics rather than "hypothetical" scenarios. I don't agree that all 7 of your points are relevant to IVFH.

I don't know that that is what's going on with IVFH, but this exact scenario has played out time and again. FVE is another example.
Paranoid or crazy conspiracy theories (lizard people, chemtrails) are what people think of when someone says "conspiracy" or "conspiracy theory". People ACTUALLY conspiring doesn't even cross anyone's mind anymore because the word has been given such a negative connotation.
Again, I don't support this idea, but it isn't an unreasonable notion and is at least related to the topic of the board.
