URBF can easily surge over the current 52-week high 0.0019 because the MV at $0.0019 is still ridiculous low --- measly $0.3M v.s. its OTC peer just hit $5.1M MV (corresponding to the MV of URBF at $0.0317) in April of 2018 from the same bottom 0.0001 to 0.0038 with 1.342B/10B shares Giant OS/AS!
