500 million restricted shares were issued to the CEO of Green Zebra. Lots of DD in the PRs (see sticky), on Twitter and otcmarkets.com.

Yes 500m restricted shares are now owned by Green zebra for the merger. Read the sticky post titled all in one prs. 150m are old long forgotten 10 year old restricted shares. 299m is the float. Some feel a lot of the float is long forgotten from 2008 the year this shell went dark as well. Hope this helps.
