And they pushed the deadline out into mid-2019.
It's a pump tactic by Tom, pure and simple.

Triton is requiring Bravatek to file a registration statement - which only benefits Triton - not Bravatek or the shareholders.

By filing a registration statement - it means the shares are immediately free trading. So Triton is using a registration statement to circumvent Rule 144 restrictions on the shares.

So it is hardly a investment.

It is more pumping fodder.
