Playing OTC there are many factors that we are unaware of leading to a holdup.
I have seen it over and over where a company is set to release a document and it doesn’t show for weeks or months due to NDA or some other holdup. I would suggest you email the company and ask them why. That is called DD.
What I’m looking for is a halting of the project. That would be a sell indicator for me.
