I have played many OTC that were not current and made money. 4 times I have jumped in before current and the PPS increased significantly.
I don’t see any negative news coming out. No real bashing unless someone wants to load up.
Outstanding shares were reduced and rumored to reduce more. The project HIHI is putting together is moving forward.
Not being current does not concern me. If they want to go private they have to buyback my shares so i still win.
Once this project takes off and they do get current there will be a grab for shares. Those getting in now will only see this move upward. Happen 4 times before and will happen many times afterwards.
Unless they stop the project in its tracks we will see this move upward over time.
LMAO they posted the amended filing end of last week. It can take a few days for OTC markets to do their review....and they don’t work over a long holiday weekend.
