"Silk, I believe that the « factory » or the farm is a cooperative (as indicated in the Prodegy pr) it is owned by all members of the cooperative, up to their contribution."

prodigy is a subsidiary of kblb...it is wholly owned by kblb...thus it is not involved in any cooperatives itself...it does however conduct business with cooperatives...prodigy signed deals with multiple farmers who grow mulberries and are involved in a cooperative with other farmers..

it is my understanding that prodigy has a long term lease on the factory and property its on and has made renovations to it..there is nothing that prodigy owns or leases that is a cooperative..and I find no indication in any pr that suggests otherwise..

it is for these reasons that I wonder how it is possible that kblb has not released where all this money is coming from...whether it has been begged, borrowed or stolen, it is material info that should have been released to shareholders long ago..

kim has seen fit to deal with some of those financial questions as they relate to domestic issues...he says he has used army money, he has personally loaned money, he has deferred his salary, he has reduced company spending by letting kblb's research and development collaboration with notre dame lapse, etc...

but when it comes to Vietnam?...zippity doo dah..
