Informative post, we will see. I've seen weirder things happen in my 8 yrs in DC and following closely. Some simple things took forever, while complicated matters get through professional staffers as they work 20 hr days and nights to get the right votes.

As important as this bill is, seems to me any delay would hurt both sides.

CVSI stands to gain from either an extension or an approval of the new one. Make no mistake, both sides have caveats and riders to this thing to benefit each of their constituents.

I think the Farm Bill will pass by the September 30 deadline. I think the States Act may pass before the elections to strengthen the outcome for republicans allowing them to maintain their political stronghold over Congress. Eventually, we’ll get a democrat in office that will pass the Compassionate Use Act. The end of cannabis prohibition will occur in 3 main steps: Farm Bill, States Act, and Compassionate Use Act. Each successive step will certainly increase the value of CVSI as each one provides more business opportunities. Then, we have a potential Nasdaq uplisting and continued cash flow improvement. All invested right now are in for a treat despite any lawsuit.
