IMO if Alper's Q1 & Q2 filings do not show any payments against that $250k promissory note owed by his family then you'll know he's a crook. Spinning off subsidaries that were financed by shareholders for the benefit of his daughter and brother doesn't pass the smell test in my book. Who's to say $250k is a fair, arm's lenght price for the value they received? Apparently Josh decides.
