Let me get this straight... Partner will pay IPIX X millions, all future costs and royalties if FDA approved? Cmon, If this is true why did Leo sign 2 manufacturing agreements for OM? Seems to me Leo’s on his own with B and needs P success to fund B/K. Also. What if partner doesn’t want Absssi or UP? More complicated than a simple check signing....
