Who said that?? i don't know what you are reading but what i said was. They need the remaining shares so they can take this private. I never said they are delaying the projects because they need the remaining shares. The delaying of projects is because of the chaos in albania and the amateurism of the dubai boys. Not because they need first the 10%.
If in a million chance they have some luck and can get their projects off the ground then they will first buy the remaining shares out for 3-4 cent and then take this completely private. As they intended to. They are not going to do something stupid enough like paying much more for shares when they can get is for cheep.
What would you do if you where doing business? Buy everyone out for 3-4 cent and then go completely private or pay 3-4 dollar and then go completely private? I know what a normal businessman would do. They are not going to throw money out the window for no reason.
