Because they probably already have via issuing zero cost basis stock to worthless employees who sell their paper into the many stock promotions this scam has been involved in. (I believe if you go back into the filings you will see names like Sohum Shaw, Dan Hunt and others that are all still part of this scam). Just find out why they have such a lofty monthly payroll and find out who is getting paid what and that should lead you to where all the money goes and how these frauds are taking money off the table right at the hands of innocent shareholders who think this scam is a real company.
