you mean a future for the company without the AR thing?

The PR's regarding the spinout, to me, always sounded like they were spinning it to a) get some value out of it, and b) get rid of it to focus on everything else they're doing,

Personally, I would like to see Future Farm really go after the Hemp/Extraction/CBD market full force.

We could probably argue the merits of CBD oil from hemp as opposed to other sources, but I really believe that in the US as this movement marches forward it's going to be Hemp leading the way to legalization and CBD products being the real mainstream "everybody does it" product line doing food like volumes to a really wide range of consumers.

"Hemp" becoming legal where "Cannabis" isn't yet. CBD products being sold where THC products are illegal still. HEMP/CBD is the camels nose under the tent.

ceo bill: get the damn hemp farm in maine growing. use that ethanol extraction method you're so proud of on it. take the cbd oil and infuse a new line of future farm gummies with it called:

CBD Farmies! Little farm animal gummies in bright colors. Cows, pigs, sheep, chickens, horses, goats, ducks etc.

Future Farm Closes NexTech Spin-Out

September 4, 2018 / TheNewswire / Vancouver, British Columbia - Future Farm Technologies Inc. (the "Company" or "Future Farm") (CSE: FFT) (OTCQX: FFRMF) is pleased to announce that the Company has closed its previously announced spin-out of 11,000,000 common shares of NexTech AR Solutions Corp. ("NexTech") on a pro rata basis to Future Farm shareholders.

The spin-out transaction was completed by way of statutory plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). Pursuant to the arrangement, only Future Farm shareholders as of record on August 30, 2018 were entitled to receive NexTech shares.

NexTech is seeking a listing of its common shares on the CSE. There can be no guarantee that the NexTech shares will be listed on any stock exchange.
