There was an 8-k report issued and in the tax season the T5 assessment indicated this. Anyone who received the dividends all had to pay taxes on it regardless even though we did not buy it, it was considered pure profit...the valuation was set on each dividend share
of .0015...! This is why our CEO will pass this original valuation substantially by the share buy back so we can recover what we had to pay our government !!
